Since the wine comes so far from the south in Germany, it is more fruity and full-bodied than what you normally see from the north of Germany. The fruit notes in the wine have become slightly tropical in their expression, and peach and pineapple in particular shine through when you put your nose to the glass. The wine is mineral and has a crisp acidity.
