It is an organic Cava with a beautiful clear straw yellow colour. Fantastic floral aroma with notes of honey, pineapple and peach. A delicious taste of ripe fruits, good acidity as well as a smooth and long aftertaste. Serve as an aperitif or pair with fish, seafood, rice dishes and white meat. Serve between 5º and 7ºC.
