Our Assortment of Products
Our product assortment contains more than 10.000 products from international and well-known brands and manufactures who supply only high quality goods.

Substitutes
Unless you indicate otherwise in the order form, reasonable substitutes are made for products that are temporarily out of stock or have been discontinued by the manufacturer.

Country of Origin
Due to frequent changes in the location of production, it is not possible for Peter Justesen Company A/S to assure a specific country of origin. However, all products are supervised by the brands and are covered by the brands’ quality guarantees.

Product Liability
From the date of invoice and the following 12 months, we accept liability confined to personal injury or damage to property caused by the product, depending on satisfactory proof that such damage or injury was due to gross negligence on our part. Liability is limited to the amount invoiced for the product in question; hence loss of profit or other indirect loss is not covered by Peter Justesen Company A/S.

Product Specification
Minor changes in product specifications made by manufacturers may occur. Rights are reserved for omissions and misprints.

Please note
Instruction manuals in English will be included with our international products – this may be a black and white copy. Instruction manuals in other languages can often be downloaded from the manufacturer’s home page.
Plugs on electric products are normally European type plugs. Some products need a universal travel adaptor.
Expiry dates on food and beverages are constantly reduced to improve the quality of the products. All products will be delivered to you with the best possible expiry dates. Our objective is to provide a minimum one month shelf life from receipt of the goods.
Change of vintage on wines may occur – we reserve the right to dispatch available vintages of same or higher quality without notice.

Confirmation of Your Order
Once your order is considered approved, you will receive a confirmation email.

Acceptance
Orders are subject to our acceptance and availability of merchandise.
 
14 day Return Option
You may return your purchases or have them exchanged within 14 days of delivery. If goods are returned/exchanged, you will have to pay the return freight and bear the risk of transportation. On receipt of unused goods received in their original packing, Peter Justesen Company A/S will issue a credit note for the value of the goods in relation to applicable rules for your destination. This will be issued as soon as possible.

Please note that goods may only be returned if arranged with Peter Justesen Company A/S.

You can expect the furniture featured on our website to be available in stock in the colours and materials described. The selection available on the site is only a limited selection of our wide and exclusive furnishing assortment.
