It is an elegant white wine with crystalline colour with deep green glints. On the nose we find gooseberry, citrus fruits and other tropical fruits. On the palate the wine is fruity and vivid with good length. The wine should be served chilled and pairs well with sushi, shellfish, monkfish and other seafood, but it also goes very well with asparagus and salads.
