Mommessins wines is an amalgamation of two wine cultures: Bourgogne noble power, abundance and suitability for further and Beaujolais finesse, aroma and roundness. This wine is made entirely of hand-picked Chardonnay grapes. It has been aged in oak barrels for 6 months. The wine has a beautiful clear straw yellow color, elegant fragrance of exotic fruits and lemon notes, fresh and mellow flavor with a hint of oak and a gentle and pleasant aftertaste of freshly baked bread.
