This wine is produced from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown in the Chablis region of Burgundy in France. The grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks under temperature control, and the wine is stored for 12-18 months in oak before bottling. The wine is very clear and light though with a golden color. It is well balanced and has a complex and warm scent. In the taste you will experience first the wine's minerality and liveliness. It is full-bodied and has fruit with overtones of grapefruit and pine trees. The wine is best served at a temperature of 10 degrees, in which it reveals its fruit-containing flavorings. It is a wine that is perfectly suited for all kinds of fish dishes, seafood, oysters in Chablis sauce, salads or such. As well as goat cheese.
