This wine is produced from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown in the Chablis region of Burgundy in France. The grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks under temperature control, and the wine is stored for 12-18 months in oak before bottling. The wine is very clear and light though with a golden color. It is well balanced and has a complex and warm scent. In the taste you will experience first the wine's minerality and liveliness.
