The mouth-feel is powerful, tasty and balanced holding sweet and round tannins. Medium-bodied with a long, lingering finish. Aromas of red mature fruit such as raspberry and blueberry harmonized with notes of vanilla. This wine pairs preferably with all sorts of red meat, mainly grilled, and with pastas with meat-based sauces and mature cheese.
