Underneath the Charente river, our cellars in Jarnac have kept eaux-de-vie from the Grande Champagne for 10 years after distillation. Since 1763 our heritage has also led us to an atypical approach to ageing by sending and maturing vintage cognacs in damp British cellars for more than 25 years before journeying back to the Hine House. We reunited both Jarnac-aged and Early Landed in this XO blend where the cross-channel cognacs bring a distinguishing orange-peel character to the eaux-de-vie.
