Here, you will find most of the frequently asked questions to our Customer Service. Take a look at the Questions/Answers before you contact us.

1. How can I view PJC's catalogues on-line?
Click on Catalogues in the menu and view our catalogues in pdf-format by chosing them on the left-hand side.
Please note: you need Adobe Acrobat Reader in order to view pdf-files.

2. Is it possible to see PJC's prices in other currencies than my standard currency?
Yes - if you enter our shop without having logged on first, you will be able to choose between all our currencies.
However, your order will be converted to your standard currency as soon as you log on.

3. How can I pay? Is it safe to use my credit card?
When paying by credit card your card information will be sent to PJC’s own server. This server is based on a SSL (Secure Socket Layer) solution. All communication between you and the server is encrypted. This way, you can be sure that no one else can tap or intercept the information you transfer to PJC.
For security reasons, all order information is encrypted before transmission to our secure processing centre over the Internet.

4. Why is my credit card payment declined?
It could be one of many things. Incorrect card number, wrong format when entering expiry date (should be YYMM), or maybe you didn't fill out the 3-digit control number which is mandatory from the 1st of April 2002. Read more about it under the payment section. If all this has been filled out correctly but the payment is still declined please write an e-mail to pj@pj.dk

5. How do I contact Customer Service?
If you do not find the answer to your questions on this page, please call us +45 96 15 96 00 or send us an email: pj@pj.dk. We will be happy to help you.

6. Do I have to finish my order during this session?
No - if you are logged on, and you start making an order you can always leave it and come back later to finish it. The items will automatically pop-up in your trolley when entering the shop again.
Please note: your order will be deleted automatically in our database after 2 weeks, if you haven't finished it.

7. Does PJC ship internationally?
We gladly ship anywhere in the world and have several overseas-shipping options.

8. How much do we charge for freight forwarding cost?

9. How long will it take to get what I order?
Check the transport & insurance relevant to your area for details.98.5% of all goods are in stock.
When you have placed your order, your Customer Service Officer will revert to you with the expected time of delivery.

10. How can I track my orders?
You can check the status of any order you have placed with PJC simply by clicking on the order status link after you have logged on. From there, you will be able to view the status of all your orders.

11. Does PJC sell multisystem?
Yes. Different colour TV systems are in use all over the world. For your guidance we have introduced the country codes enabling you to choose the right set for your country. See country information.

12. What if part of my order is not available immediately for shipping?
If for some reason any item in your order is not available to ship when you place your order, this item will be cancelled from your order. Reasonable substitutes will be made upon your request. You will not be charged for the item which is not available and it will not be shipped to you. In most cases, you will be contacted by phone or e-mail to notify you of this situation.

13. Guarantee?
Your guarantee is two years from the date the of invoice for all articles bought through PJC. The guarantee is for all defects and faults that arise from ordinary use. Our invoice is your guarantee certificate. Should you have any problems with the purchased items please contact us.
